Q: How much does it cost to become a H5G Player Panelist?

A: Absolutely nothing!  The High 5 Games Player Panel program is completely free.

Q: What are the benefits of joining?

A: As part of the exclusive High 5 Games Panel, you can earn Panel Points that you can use to redeem for High 5 Casino credits and game unlocks.

Q: Can I get paid with real money instead?

A: No, H5G Player Panelists will be rewarded for their effort with Panel Points.  Panel Points can be only redeemed for High 5 Casino credits, game unlocks, and potentially H5G merchandise.

Q: How do I know how many Panel Points I get each time?

A:  When you log in, you will see a list of Insight Research Activities along with the points you can earn by completing each one.  The number of points earned will vary depending on the complexity of the research activity.

Q: How do I get my rewards after completing a research activity?

A: When you log in, you can use your Panel Points to redeem your rewards under the “My Rewards” tab.

Q: Do I need to connect through Facebook to join the panel?

A: No, although it is strongly encouraged that you sign up through Facebook, you can sign up by providing us your email and creating a password on the main screen.

Q: How often will new research activities be added?

A: Typically once every few weeks, so remember to check back often!

Q: How do I unsubscribe?

A: Under “my account” when you are logged-in, you can click the unsubscribe button.  We would be sad to see you go, but you can unsubscribe at anytime!
